Todd Pattison & Associates provides full project scoping and pre-project planning assistance for residential and light commercial projects. Creating a cohesive project team and working closely with the architect, engineers, sub-contractors and owners provides a smooth, efficient process from project conception to completion. We set a clear and workable schedule so that all project stakeholders have a set of express directives and clear expectations. Regular project meetings provide records of project progress for all parties and move our projects forward with efficiency and accuracy. To keep projects on track, a project manager is specifically assigned to each project and keeps a watchful eye on project progress.

Highest Quality Workmanship
Tireless Attention to Detail
Meticulous redwood refinishing, hand glazing, custom molding fabrication and old world restoration techniques transformed this 1906 Edwardian "fixer" into a masterful showplace. Salvaging existing wood is an exceptional method to conserve and preserve the environment. Designed and built in 2015, the new fireplace mantle seamlessly reflects the style of the Edwardian era of yesteryear. Detail oriented craftsmanship created rounded cherry inlays that appear to hale from times gone by.
About Todd Pattison
Founder, Todd Pattison began his building career in 1997, and is a third generation General Contractor and has designed and built high end custom homes and renovations throughout California. Todd also developed a keen interest in the preservation and glazing of wood in order to enhance its natural beauty. Today, Todd is knowledgeable in many facets of General Construction and Fine Carpentry as he has learned “from the ground up”.
Prior to launching Todd Pattison & Associates, Todd received his BA degree in Anthropology. Todd's curriculum required travel to Europe where he excavated and studied ancient architecture. As a US Army Veteran, Todd knows first-hand the importance of communication and coordination in project implementation. As a volunteer with the National Forest Service Todd developed a deep appreciation and passion for environmental conservation. Todd has been fortunate enough to have worked in some of the most architecturally diverse areas in the United States.
A Project In action
This luxury home is an example of a recently completed residential remodel that converted a dated A-Frame mountain home into a stunning luxury retreat. Todd Pattison & Associates completed all of the meticulous rough framing for the expansion and transformation of this home. Todd Pattison personally framed the rounded turret that seamlessly links the sections of this home.
